After 10 years of facilitating retreats I am very excited to share my experience, wisdom and love for this work with other women!
It is my honour to guide you on your path of empowerment, healing and nourishment for yourself and all women you will serve through this beautiful sacred work. This training will give you all the tools you need to start your own women retreats and circles!

Intention Women Retreat Facilitator Training
The intention of this training is to guide and empower you on your path as a women retreat facilitator. My aim is to help you overcome any fears and obstacles you might have, so you can step with full confidence in your leadership role and become a source of wisdom and inspiration for other women.
In the training you will discover your unique gifts and are provided with all the tools you need to start your own women retreats.
In a Women Retreat we create a conscious space for women to awaken and nourish our deepest essence. An embodied experience of our true femininity. Awakening our sacred feminine is a spiritual path that embraces the full spectrum of our womanhood and life itself.
In my retreats we open a field, also called The Temple, in which everything is welcomed and embraced. It is a safe space for women to share, mirror, inspire, honour and celebrate each other.
As a facilitator you hold space for everything that is arising in the Temple space and allow yourself to be moved by something bigger than your personal self. This is where the magic happens!
The beauty of this work is that we keep ancient feminine wisdom alive by passing it on to more and more women. The transmissions that are given in retreats are precious pearls of timeless wisdom that have the power to change lives.
EVERY woman deserves to remember who she truly is. It is our birth right to reclaim our true wisdom, radiance and power.

Expect daily yoga and meditation sessions, 5-6 hours of training per day, healthy nurturing food by our private chef, an inspiring setting, sisterhood, feminine flow and an unforgettable experience.

Prerequisites for participation:
Preferably you have already experience on the path of spirituality and/or sacred femininity and attended at least one of my in person retreats or online courses.
If you have not worked with me before but strongly feel the call, don’t hesitate to apply. Registration goes through an application process. We will have an intake call together to see if this training is for you!
I strongly recommend to enroll in my online course Nourishing the Feminine if you want to join the Women Retreat Facilitator Training. This is a great preparation to get to know me and the work I share.

About Laura
With over more than a decade of experience in hosting retreats and guiding hundreds of women into their feminine power and radiance Laura is your perfect facilitator for this training.
She created the True Feminine Retreats and the Women Facilitator training because of her passion and fascination for the power of the Feminine. Which she calls an endless source of creation and beauty.
Laura’s spiritual path started already at a young age, she has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation from when she was 19 years old. She is a certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher and has given thousands of classes by now.
The past 10 years she is been hosting Yoga, Women and Couple Retreats on her beloved islands Ibiza and Bali.
When she gave her first Women Retreat about 7 years ago she had no training or actual experience in this particular field. She just felt a strong calling in her heart that she wanted to work with women. Her longing was to help women love and celebrate themselves just as she had learned to love and celebrate herself after a rough period in her life.
With her yoga and meditation background she was bold enough to just take the leap and follow her heart. The first Women Retreat was a huge succes and from there everything started to unfold.
Hosting Women Retreats felt like coming home and she knew she had found her soul mission. Laura started to deepen her journey with the Sacred Feminine and completed several Priestess School Trainings with renowned international Tantra teachers.
Besides retreats Laura also facilitates (online) women circles to help women awaken their feminine essence. She believes every women deserves to remember who she truly is and needs to unlock and reclaim the gifts of being a woman.
About 6 years ago Laura was initiated into Motherhood. This was when her fascination for the power of the feminine actually started. Being pregnant, giving birth and motherhood all have been huge initiations into understanding and experiencing the power and magic of the feminine body.
Laura is in beautiful contact with both her soft and powerful feminine energy and a true inspiration for many women around her. Living from the Heart and connecting to the deep feminine waters of the Womb come very natural to her.
Now her mission is to empower other women to reclaim their inner power, beauty and wisdom and encourage them to express themselves in this world without holding back. Because there is nothing more beautiful than to see a woman shining her Light!

The Women Retreat Facilitator Training on Ibiza takes place in a beautifully renovated finca located on top of a mountain in the very quiet and peaceful Benimussa valley and is within easy reach of the west coast beaches, the airport and Eivissa.
The space, tranquility, stunning views over the valley and breathtaking sunrises will instantly seduce you into a space of relaxation and inspiration. The place has several hang out terraces, lots of privacy, a swimming pool with a large floating sundeck, a fully equipped outside kitchen, yoga shala and a petanque court. Besides the main casa there are five other casitas, providing in total seven bedrooms for two people, each with its own bathroom.

It is about 20 minutes drive from Ibiza Airport to the retreat venue. It is recommended to rent a car for the week, if you want to feel free to move around and discover more of the island during your stay. Ask us for the best deals.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation after January 31st 2024, we will keep 100% of your deposit as an administration fee. After January 31st 2024 there will be no refunds.
